My kitchen and bath design services include unlimited full-color 3D renderings and unlimited floor plan revisions to help you visualize your new space and make confident design decisions. 

While many designers charge up to $500 per rendering, I provide unlimited renderings and revisions at no extra cost to ensure you’re completely satisfied before any construction begins and can avoid costly change orders once construction is underway. You can read more about my design process here.

Some designers “keep it all in their head” and direct contractors and installers on-site. I find that’s a perfect recipe for disaster - finger-pointing and miscommunication always result! 

I provide precise construction documents that help you gather bids, obtain permits, and prevent miscommunication so your project runs seamlessly from start to finish. Your project and your mental health both deserve this level of detail!

Comprehensive Lighting & Electrical Plans

It’s my job to ensure your home is beautifully and functionally lit. Trained at the University of Colorado’s top lighting program, I include detailed lighting and electrical plans in all my designs and also offer whole-home residential lighting plans as a stand-alone service. 

This service is perfect for folks who want to upgrade the lighting throughout their existing home or are taking on a new construction project with an architect or designer not professionally trained in residential lighting design. I’m happy to coordinate my lighting design plan with your design team so it supports your lifestyle and showcases their gorgeous design!
