Downtown Historic Cottage

Natalie and Ray’s home in Old Northeast downtown St. Petersburg, Florida has been in the family for decades. They have lovingly restored the natural beauty of the original home keeping the historic charm. The kitchen is part of an addition they completed many years ago and it is time to be updated with fresh ideas. I was able to enlarge their island, add a wine bar, and create more functional storage in their pantry area. The result is a beautiful, open, light and bright great room that they will love for many years to come!
