Breezy Beach Kitchen

Helen and Mahfouz were a referral from their next-door neighbors, Kelly and Mike (see their kitchen pics here). Even though the footprint for Helen and Mahfouz’s Madeira Beach home was a mirror image of Kelly and Mike’s, they wanted different features and finishes. The homeowner’s have a second home in Chicago and had renovated their kitchen there, so they had great ideas for what they wanted in their Florida beach home. Soon to be empty nesters and wishful for retirement in the not-too-distant future, Helen and Mahfouz wanted a beautiful and functional kitchen that their adult kids would want to come home to and enjoy.
