Historic Charmer

This Maritana home is one of the original beach houses built in St. Pete Beach. The home is oozing with beach cottage vibes! Historic homes typically have small kitchens, and this home is no exception. Nicole and Phil really wanted an island and large column refrigerator and freezer. They also wanted the new kitchen to keep the coastal beachy feel. It was a challenge finding the space to fit all their wishes, but I was able to provide them with two options, one with an island.
